Showing up even if you don’t feel ‘ready’
I find there's sometimes a misconception that industry leaders are all naturally confident and outgoing when it comes to showing up on camera and marketing their personal brand. While this absolutely comes more naturally to some, for many others it takes time, practice and specialist support to develop just like any other skill.
Leaders also understand that their point of difference is their personal brand and that by showing the human behind the business they get to have a greater impact and connect with more of their ideal clients.

Industry leaders invest in aligned media and PR opportunities to amplify their impact whether that be through publication features, keynote speaking or podcast guest appearances. This looks like being aware and intentional about your brand positioning and where your ideal client is hanging out.

The industry leaders I work with regularly refresh their imagery assets to build their brand across their website, social media, marketing and PR. That way they can take action (i.e. consistent marketing, launches etc) and capitalise on opportunities (i.e. media features) when they arise.
